This printhead is a genuine Zebra product and fits the GK420d and GX420d DIRECT THERMAL VERSION (the one that does not have the ability to print with an ink ribbon). See pictures for exact model type.
This printhead will not fit the thermal transfer version (the one that uses an ink ribbon to print).
