Zebra ZD621d labels are available direct from stock in a wide variety of shapes, sizes, colours, and adhesive types.
The Zebra ZD621d prints Direct Thermal Labels only. Max print width 104mm, Max label roll width (label plus backing paper) 108mm. Max roll outside diameter 127mm on a 12.7mm, 25mm, or 38mm core.
There are 200dpi and 300dpi versions of the printer, and all printers have USB with the option of LAN, Bluetooth, WiFi and Serial connectivity (all field installable).
ZebraDesigner 3 Essentials is the free label design software that comes with the printer and is ideal for designing simple labels with text, barcodes, lines, etc. This software is upgradable to ZebraDesigner 3 Professional which enables you to create more complex labels (with RFID support if needed), database connectivity, simple VB scripting and data manipulation and concatenation.
Windows drivers are available from zebra.com and seagullscientific.com.
