These Zebra ZD621t labels are available direct from stock in a wide variety of shapes, sizes, colours, and adhesive types.
Zebra ZD621t labels have a Max print width of 104mm and a max label roll width (label plus backing paper) 112mm. Max roll outside diameter 127mm on a 12.7mm, 25mm, or 38mm core. The labels are available in Direct Thermal (no ink ribbon required) as well as paper Thermal Transfer (ink ribbon required) and Synthetic (ink ribbon required) labels made from polypropylene, vinyl, etc.
There are 200dpi and 300dpi versions of the printer, and all printers have USB with the option of LAN, Bluetooth, WiFi, and serial connectivity (all field installable).
ZebraDesigner 3 Essentials is the free label design software that comes with the printer and is ideal for designing simple labels with text, barcodes, lines, etc. This software is upgradable to ZebraDesigner 3 Professional which enables you to create more complex labels (with RFID support if needed), database connectivity, simple VB scripting, and data manipulation and concatenation.
